A dose of cable outrage…really national outrage. There is a new ranking out by a company called Mercer of the North America's most livable cities. Their top 5 will SHOCK you. Or should. Here they are:

Vancouver, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal. San Francisco

Notice something about the top 4?

They are not here. They are in Canada. And Rob Ford is mayor of at least one of them.

Canada Ranks high for livable cities. Now don't get me wrong, we all love Gordon Lightfoot. But really, 4 of the 5 most livable cities in the entire continent are in Canada?

Isn't it cold there? Are turtlenecks really that comfortable?
