Excellent with great excellence,, Absolutely agree ... disabled people are not a burden nor a negativity, these opinions represent views that are anti humanitarian, the disabled persons possess visions like any other human .., I find this very important initiative, full of positive recognition, even more than necessary, which emanates from their roles in life .it really an initiative that highlights the incentive to over concretisation, not just the USA .but universally admirable is a connotation of duty and dedication towards compliance with law and prosperity.
