The Sony hack just keeps getting worse. Now, we're seeing emails from some of Hollywood's top producers, complaining about A-listers like Angelina Jolie and Tom Cruise. Perhaps most shocking, though, is a seemingly racial email about President Barack Obama that assumes he likes films Django Unchained, 12 Years a Slave and The Butler.
13- year-old Dawson Riverman was born without fingers on his left hand, but a 3D printer and some generous people changed that. Riverman wanted to pay it forward, so he and his family teamed up with a local school to purchase a 3D printer that will be used exclusively for prosthetics that will go to people around the world who need them.
"It never rains in California," a 70's rock ballad goes. That's basically true, and it makes the state a notorious drought zone - currently the country's worst.
But when it does rain, the song warns: "It pours. Man, it pours!"
And pour it did late Wednesday to the tune of half an inch an hour in parts of the state's north, the National Weather Service said. More to come on Thursday; the Bay Area will brace for two to three inches.
Higher elevations north of San Francisco might get 10 inches of rain, forecasters said. A gushing fit for a tropical island.
