Arizona Senator John McCain says the gradual increase of U.S. involvement in the fight against ISIS reminds him of the Vietnam War, and he isn't optimistic about it.
"The president has said our goal is to degrade and defeat ISIS. I don't see right now a strategy that would achieve the goal that the president has set."
He believes we need to develop a better strategy and that that may mean additional American troops.
In the meantime, Senator McCain says, "ISIS is winning, at least in the eyes of young radicals all over the Middle East."
