Sullivan: Mosul Dam Not a Weapon, But is 'Unstable'

An Iraqi official has said that ISIS fighters have captured Iraq's largest hydro-electric dam, just north of Mosul. So what could these militants do with this high-risk target and where are the cross hairs aimed for their next conquest n the region? WITNESS VIDEO: Tony Stewart Hits and Kills Young Driver Who Walks Out on Track

This witness video shows the moments leading up to the sprint race track crash involving NASCAR driver Tony Stewart, which killed Kevin Ward, Jr.

During the 14th lap, Stewart pushed Ward's car off the track. Ward exited his car  and walked out between other racing vehicles to what appears to be an attempt to confront Stewart.

Stewart's spokesman announced that he will not compete in today's Cheez-It 355 NASCAR race and that the decision was Stewart's.

Mom's Attorney: 'She is a Victim of Public Perception'

Cooper Harris would've turned two on August 2nd.

In this exclusive interview, New Day's Victor Blackwell sat down with the lawyer for Leanna Harris. Her husband Justin Ross Harris was accused of killing their young son by leaving him locked inside a hot car while he was at work.

Despite the public's speculation of her peculiar behavior following the incident, Harris' attorney says they both hope the DA will see his client as a victim in this case and not file charges against her.
