Should Sexting be Included in Evidence Against Ross Harris?

Are the deviant personal behaviors of Justin Ross Harris indicative of bad parenting?

And because the media has become so involved with this case, is it even feasible for Harris to have a fair trial?

New Day spoke with the former attorney for Casey Anthony about how Harris' web and phone records should be used in the courtroom.

Of course it should be included. The article worded it funny and said: "should the sexting be allowed or just the events of the day". He was sexting while Cooper Harris was outside locked in the hot SUV, so Yes it should definitely be included.
