Lack of Evidence Takes a Toll on Family Members

With no tangible proof of evidence, many family members of passengers aboard Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 are still holding out hope that their loved ones may still be alive. We talked with psychotherapist Robi Ludwig about the importance of closure in the grieving process. Can families move forward if this mystery is never solved?
