Live From New York– It's Sasheer Zamata!

Sasheer Zamata made her debut Saturday night as SNL's first black female cast member in six years. The show has been under fire recently for lacking diversity in both talent and writing staff. So did the show satisfy viewers? Or did they over-do it? Our hilarious panel of comedians Loni Love, Scott Blakeman and Sheryl Underwood joined us for a candid conversation about Zamata's performance and the direction SNL needs to take from here. Blakeman put it best, "The more diverse, the better and funnier the show!"

Understanding, Dennis Rodman went to Korea as a sportsman not as an ambassador!
Korea did not indicated that Dennis was Drunk while in their country. Why does he need to check into rehab at home? Our society creates more mental anguish to his citizen to indicate mental disorder. We have society disorder that is affecting individual to have disorder.
I have a different view about Dennis Rodman explanation for checking into rehab is alcohol for his outburst at the interview. Why is it alcohol when Rodman had a cigar in his hand that indicated he is smoking something?
Maybe is what is smoking that is causing his outburst but not the alcohol, he was not drinking at the interview and if he was drunk, he will not be able to be present for the interview.
However, in my view, the problem for his outburst is duress from the pressure to change his ambition in Korea for sportsman to play politics or ambassador.
The problem why treatment does not work is because we are assigning treatment to a wrong source. We are not treating the cause for a problem. The cause of the problem for Dennis Rodman is the fear society criticism that is causing anxiety. The problem is the society, the society need to stop criticizing Dennis. The society criticism is the cause for Dennis anxiety that cause his drinking. Dennis does not need rehab, the society need to stop punishing him for taking a stand on what he believe then Dennis will not turn to drinking. Some of us a strong like fire with fire while some of us a passive looking for the alternative to fire with fire, Dennis turn to drinking instead of fighting back.
    We need an understanding society.
My view of Dennis Rodman interview is not the alcohol nor the cigar but the pressure to change his path or intention from basketball to ambassador causes distress “agony”.
He is in Korea to play game now being force to play politic. The reason for his rehab at home is anxiety of backlashes that drove him to drink; the problem is anxiety from criticism. The treatment is to stop criticizing Dennis and welcome him back for his decision to be sportsman while in Korea.
Our society sometime is the cause of mental anguish. What is causing Dennis to drink now is because is back home to face criticism worry him.
Our society need to change, the society are the cause of individual demise. Dennis want to play game and now have to worry for not play politic in Korea.
What Dennis is doing now is using drinking to combat the anxiety. Why don’t we support and appreciate Dennis Rodman for standing for what he likes to accomplish in Korea is to be a sportsman. If we support him for his ambition, he will not come home to turn to drinking.
