Police: Man Drove with Molotov Cocktails

A man is in custody this morning after police spotted him in a truck loaded with firearms, Molotov cocktails and body armor on the University of Washington campus.

Now Seattle police are looking into his background. Did he have a plan? CNN's Tory Dunnan reports.
