President Obama is in Germany today to speak at the historic Brandenburg Gate. He is expected to discuss ideas on how to decrease the number of nuclear weapons in the world. CNN's Brianna Keilar reports.
At least 5 people have been hurt in London sidewalk explosions since January 2012. Officials say there were 29 blasts last year, and 12 so far this year. They believe it may be related to underground electrical boxes, although the cause is still under investigation. In 1996, when TWA flight 800 crashed of the coast of Long Island, all 230 passengers were killed. A massive NTSB investigation determined that the flight went down due to internal failures, but now, some members of the original investigation team say evidence suggests that the explosion came from outside the 747 airplane. These discrepancies are revealed in an upcoming documentary, and the whistleblowers are calling for the crash to be reexamined.
Tammy Epply, a 37-year-old mother who ran a day care center in her home, allegedly added medications like Benadryl, and supplements such as melatonin, into pancakes fed to children as young as 2 years old.
Eppley has been charged with six counts of child endangerment.
