It's a "New Day" at CNN

It's a new day at CNN – the new morning show, "New Day," is coming to the network on June 17. Welcome to the "New Day" site – we'll be adding some new, fun, features over the next few weeks, but for now, make yourself at home.

Here's a look at what to expect from the show:

Hosted by Chris Cuomo and Kate Bolduan, with Michaela Pereira as news anchor, the program will launch Monday, June 17th. It will broadcast live from CNN’s studios in New York City and air weekdays from 6-9 am ET. As was previously announced, Jim Murphy is the senior executive producer and Matt Frucci is the executive producer of “New Day.” CNN’s John Berman and Zoraida Sambolin will continue to anchor “Early Start” from 5-6 am ET.

And more, from CNN's President Jeff Zucker:

“I've been looking forward to this announcement since I first joined CNN," said President of CNN Worldwide Jeff Zucker. “Chris, Kate and Michaela are a dynamic team that will give our viewers in America a new way to start their day. We were floored with excitement when we saw Chris and Kate together on screen, and by adding Michaela to the mix we feel we have something very special. We believe there is an opening to do news in the morning with a fresh, new voice."
