Just eat food? Ha! Everything is GMO! One has to read every label in even supposedly 'healthy" grocery stores! I have gone to a very popular one only to notice that the salad greens come from CHINA!!! Seems no matter what the unsuspecting public does, we have to follow the money!

I guess millions of Americans including me are losers. I work hard and eat right to stay fit and healthy. There is nothing wrong with taking supplements; give me a break. I take fish oil, protein powder, multivitamin, creatine and yes, deer antler velvet. I have been using it for years, before the recent popularity and I know it helps me recover and helps my endurance. It's easy to discount everything because of all the supplements I mentioned, I can find contradicatory evidence that says they are worthless. So if you don't want to use them, don't. No need to be hostile to those who do. The brand I use is Antler Farms, which has the highest quality and potency. Lots of other products out there are junk, which is why many people who take it will see no benefits whatsoever. Even studies on deer antler velvet use very little doses that are inconsistent with how the Chinese use it for medical purposes.

Come on Dr. Gupta!! Are you kidding me. Deer antler velvet. Two things: Anecdotal evidence does not equal empirical evidence. Those quacks who are prescribing the voodoo supplement have financial interest in selling the stuff. That also should be sending alarm bells to professionals like yourself. People need to hear the right message and your platform should allow for this. You blew it and that is sad. Supplements are for losers. Just eat food. Dan
