Susan Panariello, the Gap employee who helped President Obama shop for gifts for his family, talks about the experience and how her life is different now.
I'd imagine how shocked Susan was but she kept her calm really well. Still, I think she could've done better than showing him a sweater, but wasn't he supposed to shop for presents rather than a sweater for himself. I bet this really was an incredible experience, but to say it's a life-changing event I couldn't understand how her life changed.
