Is Obama's Response to the Ukraine Crisis Strong Enough?

As international voices are growing louder about Russia's military presence in Crimea, so are criticisms about President Obama's response to the crisis. Should he be more forceful towards Vladimir Putin? What next steps should he take if Putin doesn't back down? We asked Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D.-Ohio), founder and co-chair of the Ukraine Caucus and Congressman Randy Forbes (R.- Virginia).
