Obama NSA Adviser Explains New Spy Limits

New Day sat down with Peter Swire, a law professor at Georgia Tech and one of just five experts on Obama's NSA advisory panel. The biggest change Obama announced is that the NSA will now have to ask for a court order to access phone records. But does this mean that your privacy is any more secure?
