Some good news for Paula Deen in the case that brought down her multi-million dollar empire. The embattled TV chef has been cleared of the racial discrimination claims filed in a lawsuit by a former employee, CNN's Michaela Pereira reports.
On Monday, a judge ruled that a former manager of Deen's Savannah restaurant could not be the victim of racial discrimination targeting African-American employees because she is white. They wrote "at best," the paintiff is an accidental victim of the alleged racial discrimination. (WATCH VIDEO)
