Go Pro, Go Good

In today's edition of the "Good Stuff" – GoPro cameras. You know- those little waterproof cameras people strap to their helmets and cars? They capture a lot of action and excitement. Turns out, they're also catching a lot of the "Good Stuff."

First we take you up to our neighbors to the North – Canada specifically– Victoria, British Columbia - where a man on a motorbike spots something by the side of the road. He slows down to take a closer look.

He finds a woman in a wheelchair stuck in a rut. It takes a little doing, but she's soon on her way, and so is the biker having completed what he calls a "random act of coolness." But that's not all. Another situation occurred, this time a bit more dangerous.

A group of moped riders are coming fast around a turn when they spot a man inexplicably walking along the side of a busy road. One of them slows down, turns around, and finds out there is a very good reason why he is there, the man is blind.

A simple act of kindness and a minute out of that rider's day may have saved a life. Both riders shared those videos because they wanted to inspire others to do similar selfless acts. And even better news? As our Michaela Pereira knows all-too well, both of these stories came out of Canada.

Stop trying to condition us into thinking that being recorded by cameras is great.
